Inspired by this line from the End of Time special, young Doctor and Master (or Theta and Koschei as they were known respectively) taking a break from their lives of duty to just enjoy themselves. I imagine they're playing tag or some Gallifreyan equivalent.
I drew them in the robes Koschei appeared in within those flash backs, just becuase I had like no other idea what they would wear, not those clunky Gallifreyan robes just yet I imagine. And since there really is no telling what Theta looked like as a kid I just made a mini version of his tenth regeneration >___>

The Master's name isn't really Koschei, that's some bullshit from the spin-offs that's never been blessed by the TV's production, and that particular thing would be non-canon. The names of titled Time Lords aren't revealed. Ever.
Similarly, the Doctor's name is not 'Theta Sigma', it's just a nickname like 'Champ' or whatever. So they would be the young Doctor and Master, period.
Also the young Doctor would've looked like a young version of William Hartnell wouldn't he. That's the First Doctor and his original form.
