Artist's Comments
edit: Just straightened out the white sunshine lines (they were bugging me)
I must admit, I started this picture out as a practice of mood and tone with colors, effects and motion between characters (w/out showing the expressions on their faces) to imply a story between these two, but the whole thing kind of got away from me and took this angelic mood/tone/setting, but it's still eye catching and pretty-esque so I guess I still like it ^.^ My Lady in Red makes another magical appearance. I got inspired to this picture sometime during the 2004 autumn season (when I had a bit of a artist-black), seeing one of those white park benches wrapped around the trees (I love those!) and it took me this long to get to it @.@ Oh well. Now there really isn't anything inparticular happening between the two characters, but of course I'd like to think so. I think it'd be fun to hold a contest to see who could come up with the most intresting story for the Lady in Red and the Man in the Pinstriped Suit but of course I'm afraid to have a contest for fear of it's miserable failure @.@ But if anybody wants to shoot in their comments feel free, I love to hear what people can come up with ^.^ Lines: [link] Pencil, Colored ink |

Why?!
Ill tell you why. Because its a sick sadistic world out there. All Im trying to do is help you, by showing you.
Anyway I really like this one, as with most of your work. You really succeded in catching a feeling and emotions with out the use of faces!
But! As for critisism...ehh...I...errr...no I just can't. I can't find anything to comment on...even the things I was to comment on at first I realised were perfect together with the rest of the picture.
Now as for that "contest"! I don't know if I'll be able to make an elaborate story from just one picture...but I'll make a short one atleast! I'll post the link in a comment.
Small story/peom:
His heart beat faster for every step.
Her eyes dried as she leaned back.
This was their place, their moment and their rules.
His feet stopped him by the lonely tree.
Her fingers trembled as she layed them in her lap.
The world around them was nothing right now, and still meant everything.
He sat down as with transparent tears.
She turned her head towards the sky.
Coloured leaves sailed like lost butterflies towards the ground.
"I wish we could go back" He said.
"I wish we could change" She said.
The winds carressed her hair and stroked the tears from his cheeks.
"Wouldn't it be loverly?" They concluded.
